Sioux Surgical is actively searching for a Sales Optimization Specialist to aid in the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales training programs for territory sales staff and/or sales management. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required for this position. Position Overview:

Assists in the administration of training programs and other departmental initiatives. Coordinates training for, and creates, develops, and administers, in whole or in part, training programs including event management, participant tracking, workbooks and course materials, and field communications. Provides materials and developmental support to sales territories and for presentations at conferences or sales meetings. Will work closely with Medical Education, sales management, product management, and/or marketing to ensure training objectives are being achieved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Medical Education

  • Complete AGU monthly trainings
  • Monitory reps monthly trainings/onboarding modules
  • Track labs through Medtrac
  • Keep Sioux Surgical lab records through waivers
  • Order and track cadavers
  • Source lab sets through loaners
  • Source samples/demos/showcases/literature
  • Register reps and HCP’s for Arthrex courses and trainings
  • Maintain and update medical education calendar/spreadsheet

Sales Optimization

  • Local campaign creation, support, execution
  • Actionable leads management & oversight
  • National campaign support
  • AXIS Core 4 (Chatter Communications, Account Master, Sales Data, High Profile Management)
  • Support communication of sales data & analytics
  • Help organize efficient/productive agency & team meetings
  • Approve expense reports through Concur and run monthly reports
  • Report HCP expenses
  • Monitor booking flights/help representatives with travel via Concur
  • Maintain and update rep development spreadsheet
  • Manage SS LinkedIn/social media accounts
  • Participate in monthly “Sales Optimization Specialist” Call
  • Distribute information to the team - new resources, tools, etc

Office Work

  • Assist with Inventory logistics
  • Check in instrument sets
  • Receive inventory (physically and in RedSpot)
  • Provide shipping labels to field sales representatives
  • Maintain a clean office space/ break down boxes
  • Assist with general shipping & receiving

Communication

  • Digesting key communication from Arthrex

  • Responsible for agency Job Postings
  • Predictive Index (behavioral assessment, cognitive assessment, team discovery)

  • Assist with new employee onboarding duties
  • Hiring algorithm collaboration with leadership

Miscellaneous

  • Awareness & Adoption
  • Introducing new resources
  • Coordinate AX (Arthrex Experience), Arthrex visits
  • Orthopedic Research
  • Interact with C.A.T. (clinical advisory team)
  • Maintain and update company social media and website content
  • Assist with company Apparel & Design
  • Surgeon visits to the Agency (correspondence, visit details)
  • Administrator for ECI training, process, records
  • Coordinate ECI training, follow up calls
  • Promoting ECI concepts throughout the agency

Education & Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Science, or related fields.
  • Strong project management, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with budgets, messaging, training, and promotion materials
  • Advanced Mac and/or PC computer skills required
  • High efficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Experienced in developing PowerPoint presentations
  • Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Results oriented with attention to detail and a desire to deliver high quality assets.
